Welcome to our home in the year round destination of Windermere, BC! We are a 7 minute walk or 3 minute drive to a private community sandy beach on Lake Windermere, a short drive to World class golf courses, Radium and Fairmont Hot Springs and Panorama Ski Resort. The town of Invermere is a short 8 minute drive away offering restaurants and shopping. Our home is perfectly situated for active individuals and families looking to enjoy the great outdoors in this beautiful all season destination. As you step into our vacation home, you're greeted by a stunning wall of windows, flooding the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and ample counter space. Adjacent to the kitchen, the open-concept living room and dining area beckon with comfortable seating for six, perfect for gathering and sharing meals together. Off the dining room, a spacious deck awaits, complete with a propane BBQ grill and ample seating, offering a serene spot for basking in the fresh air. Retreat to the main floor bedroom, where a king-sized bed promises restful nights. There is a full bathroom located next to the bedroom with a beautiful glass shower, providing a rejuvenating oasis after a day of exploration. Venturing downstairs to the walk-out basement, you'll find even more windows welcoming sunlight into the expansive space. Sink into the plush sofa in front of the impressive 75" smart TV, where cozy movie nights await. You will find two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed. A full-size bathroom, complete with a tub and shower, is conveniently situated between the bedrooms, ensuring everyone's comfort and privacy. Step outside onto another patio, where additional seating invites you to unwind and soak in the tranquility of the surroundings. You may also want to venture over to the community sports court a few steps away to play pickle ball, tennis, badminton, volleyball or basketball.
